Fish Koliwada

Material :

200 village boneless fish pieces

salt to taste

2-3 tablespoon lemon juice

2 tablespoon ginger garlic paste

1.5 tsp red chili powder

1.5 tsp turmeric powder

1 tsp cumin powder

2 spoon chopped coriander

2 chopped green chilies

50 gram gram flour

20 gram rice flour

1 Tbsp cornflour

? tsp garam masala powder

? tsp chaat masala

for chutney


2 tablespoon chopped mint leaves

3 Tbsp chopped coriander

2-3 Green chilli

? tsp cumin

2 tablespoon chopped onion

juice of a lemon

salt to taste

? tsp black salt

? inch ginger piece


, Cut the fish into medium sized pieces.

, a mixing bowl In, all ingredients except fish , Add and marinate with required amount of water. You can adjust the seasoning according to your taste.

, Put the fish in the marination and keep it aside for at least an hour. more packed to taste , You can do this step a day in advance and store it in the refrigerator.

, after that , Add your normal cooking oil and fry the fish until crisp on the outside.

, Serve it hot with mint and coriander chutney.
