According to research, yoga helps in reducing headache and migraine. To get relief from headache, you should include yoga in your daily routine. Let us know which yoga you can do regularly.

Balasana- Bend your knees and sit on the ground.  bend down.  Keep your head on the ground.  The chest should be on the thigh.  After this, spread the arms forward.  Keep with the feet.  Stay in this pose for a few seconds.
