These people should not consume milk
People who have problems like jaundice and diarrhea or who have swelling, they should not consume milk. It has often been seen that some people complain of increased inflammation in the liver due to excessive consumption of milk. Therefore people with certain problems should not consume milk.
People with fatty liver problem should not drink milk. Because such people are not able to digest milk easily. Patients with fatty liver problems are advised to consume a very limited amount of protein. Milk has high protein content. In such a situation, drinking milk can cause problems like indigestion, acidity, gas, lethargy, fatigue, weight gain.
Milk contains lactose which can sometimes hinder digestion. Therefore drinking too much milk can cause diarrhoea, bloating or gas. That’s why doctors advise those people who have gas problems to avoid the consumption of milk.
Some may be allergic to milk. This can cause itching of the skin, shortness of breath or a red rash on the body, as well as swelling. Therefore, if someone has an allergy problem, then he should not consume milk.
If you are troubled by obesity, then you should avoid the consumption of milk. This is because milk is considered a complete food and hence there is a possibility of excess fat accumulation in the body.
Consuming too much milk is also not beneficial for the skin. This increases the chances of getting pimples. Therefore milk should be consumed with caution.
