How to make Sabudana Mashu

First of all take a wok and put ghee in it.
When the ghee melts completely, add cumin seeds and chopped red chilies and fry.
Now after the seeds burst, add boiled potatoes and stir for 5 minutes.
Now add soaked lentils, black pepper powder and salt to this mixture.
After adding salt, cook on medium heat for 2 minutes, add the diced sabudana and again add salt, pepper, lemon juice, peanuts.
Fry the peanuts till they turn light golden and enjoy the sabudana mash.
