PM Modi Biden Meeting , Between the Russo-Ukraine War, the economic crisis in Sri Lanka and the political turmoil in Pakistan Prime Minister Narendra Modi and US President Joe Biden Will meet today Both the leaders will hold an online meeting. The meeting is expected to take place between 7.30 pm and 8 pm on Tuesday. The two leaders will review the ongoing bilateral cooperation. They will also discuss developments in South Asia, the Indo-Pacific and global issues of mutual interest. The Ministry of External Affairs gave information about this online meeting on Sunday.
The fourth session of the ‘two plus two’ ministerial talks between India and the US will be held in Washington on Monday. Before this, there will be an online meeting between the two leaders. Defense Minister Rajnath Singh and External Affairs Minister S.K. Jaishankar will hold talks with US Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin and Foreign Secretary Anthony Blinken.
“Prime Minister Modi and President Biden will exchange views on current developments in South Asia, the Indo-Pacific and global issues of mutual interest, as well as review existing bilateral cooperation during the meeting,” the ministry said in a statement. “The online meeting will enable both sides to maintain regular and high-level contacts with the aim of further strengthening the bilateral Comprehensive Global Strategic Partnership,” the statement said.
Meanwhile, according to a Washington report, White House Press Secretary Jane Sackie said, “US President Joe Biden will hold an online meeting with Prime Minister Modi on Monday to further strengthen the economy and India-US ties. “
