At present, cyber criminals are committing fraud by adopting new methods. In this context, frauds of lakhs of rupees are being done by the thugs in the name of providing Maa Vaishno Devi helicopter tour service by creating a fake site in the name of tourism and contacting the general public through e-mail, telephone and other social sites. . While collecting information on behalf of the police team and evidence regarding the said account holder, 02 accused Abhishek Aryan alias Pradeep Aryan and Ravi Kumar were arrested from Bihar. A dozen (12) mobile phones, 18 ATM cards and SIMs of various companies were recovered from the accused in the incident.

It is worth noting that so far a dozen (12) mobile phones used in crime have been destroyed by the cyber police station, which shows that criminals may be committing crimes in many states of India. Mode of offense-

The fake site www.pawanhansride.com was prepared by the accused in the name of providing Maa Vaishno Devi helicopter travel service under the guise of tourism. The complainant was contacted through phone by searching the number from Google to take the Maa Vaishno Devi helicopter travel service on the said site. The accused had fraudulently received the money in various wallets and accounts from the complainant in the name of booking helicopter travel service by sending rate list to the complainant through online WhatsApp chat. The said amount received from the complainant was withdrawn through ATMs.
