New Delhi, April 06 (H.S.). The country’s largest carmaker Maruti Suzuki India (MSI) will increase the prices of its vehicles this month. MSI will increase the prices of its cars due to increase in manufacturing cost.

MSI said in information given to the stock exchanges on Wednesday that the cost of production of the company’s vehicles has been increasing continuously for the last one year. Therefore, the company will have to pass some of its burden on the customers through the increase in the car price. According to the company, the prices of the vehicles will increase in April 2022, which will also vary the price hike for different models. However, how much will the prices of vehicles increase? The company has not given any information about this.

It is noteworthy that private sector carmaker Maruti Suzuki has increased the prices of vehicles by about 8.8 percent from January 2021 to March 2022 due to increase in production cost.
