New Delhi , 6th April (H.S.). The Crime Branch of Delhi Police has arrested three miscreants for vehicle theft and snatching and robbing. The accused have been identified as Jaswinder Singh, Nitesh and Sukhchain. Police have recovered one pistol, four live cartridges, four more stolen motorcycles and a snatched mobile from them. With his arrest, the police claimed to have solved two cases so far.

According to Crime Branch DCP Rohit Meena, SI Pawan Malik posted in Crime Branch had received information that three miscreants would come near Seemapuri roundabout. From here he will go out to carry out the theft and robbery incidents. If raided there, they can be caught with illegal weapons.

On this information, the police team under the supervision of ACP Rajkumar Shah raided and arrested Jaswinder and Sukhchain from there. Both of them were going on a bike. In the search, one country-made pistol, one live cartridge and two live cartridges were recovered from Sukhchain from Jaswinder.

During investigation, the police came to know that this bike was stolen from Alipore area. The police team has arrested both the accused by registering a case of Arms Act. Two other bikes have been recovered from them, which they had stolen from Punjab and Haryana.

Apart from this, a mobile which was snatched from Anand Vihar was also recovered from the accused. After interrogation with them, a young man named Nitesh was caught with the stolen bike. The bike which was with him was stolen from Alipore police station.

The arrested Jaswinder Singh is a resident of Punjab. At present he was working as a laborer. Earlier he worked in PG, Bangalore. He is addicted to drinking alcohol. Sukhchain is a resident of Rajasthan. In Delhi he lived in Gokalpuri.

He is also addicted to drinking alcohol. The third accused Nitesh is a resident of Chhattisgarh. He is a graduate. He works in catering. Apart from this, he has also worked as a data operator in the mobile shop of Mahipalpur.
