The Khattar government of Haryana is taking strict action against corruption. Meanwhile, Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar said that there is no place for corruption in the state. He said that those involved in such activities would not be spared and strict action would be taken against them.
The Chief Minister further said that a high level committee under the chairmanship of the Chief Secretary of the State consisting of other senior citizens and police officers has been constituted to deal effectively with the cases of corruption.
It is worth noting that CM Khattar, taking a pledge to have no place for corruption in the state, had said that corruption will not be tolerated. Earlier, former Chief Minister and senior opposition Congress leader Bhupinder Singh Hooda had alleged that corruption was rampant in the state.
