Assistant Enforcement Officer: enforcement Directorate recruits for the post of Assistant Enforcement Officer every year through SSC CGL exam. An examination is conducted by the commission to recruit candidates on this profile. The selection process has been revised by the commission and now it will be conducted in two tiers i.e. Tier 1 and Tier 2. The final selection is subject to their qualifying the entrance test with higher marks and rank. After induction, the candidate is posted at the Headquarters, Zonal Office or Sub-Divisional Office of the Directorate of Enforcement and Revenue.

Assistant Enforcement Officer through SSC CGL Exam

Assistant Enforcement Officers are generally posted in any department under the Directorate of Enforcement and Revenue. For this the age of the candidates should be between 21 to 30 years. On the other hand, reserved category candidates get relaxation as per the government norms. Candidate must be a graduate from a recognized university.


Selection Process
There are two levels of selection process for Assistant Enforcement Officer, Tier 1 and Tier 2.
Tier 1: Tier 1 exam is conducted through online mode. The exam consists of objective type questions on four subjects namely General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude, General Intelligence & Reasoning and English Comprehension.

Tier 2: Tier 2 exam consists of three papers, Paper 1, 2 and 3. Paper 1 is compulsory for all the candidates. However, Paper 2 and 3 will be optional for ASO and AAO.
