Dantewada, April 16 (H.S.). Nanku Ram Sahu, a businessman of the district lost his wife in Corona, the businessman’s wife aspired to build such an ashram, in which arrangements for lodging and food for poor families should be made free of cost. The businessman, fulfilling this unfulfilled dream of his wife, has built an ashram in the memory of his wife near District Hospital Dantewada. A maximum of 250 people can stay in this ashram. The estimated cost to build the ashram is about forty lakh rupees. This ashram was inaugurated by Dantewada MLA Devti Karma and Municipal President Payal Gupta on Saturday.

In this ashram, arrangements have been made for the families of the villagers coming from remote areas of the district. Merchant Nanku Ram Sahu says that it was the dream of his wife Late Malti Devi that an ashram should be built for poor families in the district, and the ashram should be run free of cost, to fulfill the wife’s dream, she near the district hospital. A grand ashram is built with Radha Krishna temple. The name of this ashram has been named Late Mata Malti Devi. In this ashram, there is complete arrangement for lodging and food for the relatives of the patients admitted in Dantewada District Hospital. There is also a lockup facility to keep the luggage safe.
