Char Dham Yatra 2022: In Uttarakhand, the Transport Department is preparing to give relief to the drivers for the Char Dham Yatra (Char Dham Yatra 2022) starting from the first week of May. Under this, commercial vehicles will not be required to issue green cards repeatedly for each round of Chardham. The Green Card generated for the first time will be valid for the entire duration of the journey. Provided that no document expires. It is important that vehicles have a travel card for each trip. For this, vehicle owners will not have to make rounds of the divisional transport offices. They will be able to get this trip card online.

Deputy Commissioner Transport SK Singh said that this time there will be no need for green card again and again. Travel card will be issued to the driver for Chardham Yatra for the second time. For this he will apply online. In this, he will give information about all the passengers including himself. This will let you know which passenger is traveling in which vehicle and on which route the vehicle is running.

Char Dham Yatra 2022: Know IRCTC Package

Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) is offering packages for Char Dham Yatra. Under this package, traveling in a group will cost Rs 58,900 (inclusive of GST) per person and Rs 77,600 (inclusive of GST) for traveling alone. This offer has come at a time when the number of Kovid-19 cases in India is decreasing.

The 11 Nights and 12 Days package includes trips to Badrinath, Barkot, Gangotri, Guptkashi, Haridwar, Janki Chatti, Kedarnath, Sonprayag, Uttarkashi and Yamunatri. This yatra will start from Nagpur on 14th May and will run till 25th May. Free breakfast and dinner will be available to the passengers during the journey.
