The festival of Navratri is going on and during this festival one often feels like eating something spicy. but to fast Because we can’t do that. If you are fasting and thinking of eating something crispy then you can make Aloo Peanut Chaat during Navratri. This chaat is very crunchy and you will be happy to eat it during fasting.
Ingredients for making Aloo Peanut Chaat-
4-5 boiled potatoes
1 bowl roasted peanuts
1 bowl roasted makhana
1 Lemon juice
2 green chili chopped
Green coriander finely chopped
1 tablespoon green chutney
1 Tbsp Tamarind Sweet Chutney
1 tablespoon yogurt
1 Tbsp pomegranate seeds
1 tsp roasted cumin
1 tomato sliced
rock salt as per taste
Method of making Aloo Peanut Chaat – First of all, take out boiled potatoes and roasted peanuts in a bowl. then salt , green chutney , sweet tamarind chutney , Lemon juice , Add cumin powder and tomatoes and mix. Now take it out in a plate. curd on top , Add makhana and pomegranate seeds. Choppy Aloo Peanut Chaat is ready. Now serve it immediately.
