new Delhi: CNG Rise in prices of petrol and diesel in the last few days put the brakes on Thursday but the hike in CNG prices hasn’t stopped. Indraprastha Gas Limited (IGL) on Thursday increased the price of CNG by Rs 2.5. IGL has now increased the price of CNG in Delhi by Rs 2.5 per kg to Rs 69.11 per kg. The price of CNG in Ghaziabad, Noida and Greater Noida has gone up to Rs 71.67 per kg. The price has gone up to Rs 77.44 per kg in Gurugram.

Muzaffarnagar, Meerut and Shamli – Rs 76.34 per kg

Rewari – Rs 79.57 per kg

Karnal and Kaithal – Rs 77.77 per kg

Kanpur, Hamirpur and Fatehpur – Rs 80.90 per kg

Ajmer, Pali and Rajsamand – Rs 79.38 per kg

If seen, the cheapest CNG in these cities is in Delhi while the most expensive CNG is in Kanpur, Hamirpur and Fatehpur. It is worth noting that earlier on Wednesday, the prices of CNG were also increased by Rs 2.5. The prices were also hiked earlier this month. In March, CNG prices jumped by a total of Rs 9.1.
