Driving License Rules: Do you also want to get a driving license? Then this is very important news for you. You no longer need to travel long distances to the Regional Transport Office (RTO) to get a driving license. The central government has made the driving license rules very easy. With the change in the rules of driving license, now you do not need to go to the RTO or give any kind of driving test. These rules have been issued by the Union Ministry of Road Transport and Highways. These rules have been implemented by notification. In such a situation, those who are trying to get a driving license or whose name is in the waiting list of RTO, they have got a lot of relief.

According to the Union Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, you will no longer have to wait for the test at the RTO to get a driving license. You can register yourself for driving license in any recognized driving training school. You have to take training from driving training school and give test there. The applicants will be given a certificate by the Driving Training School. On the basis of this certificate, the driving license will be issued to the applicants.

Major change in rules

The government agency will ensure that the training centers for two wheelers, three wheelers and light motor vehicles have at least one acre of space. There should be two acres of space for medium and heavy passenger cargo vehicles or trailers.

Trainer should have at least 12th pass. Candidates should have at least 5 years driving experience and knowledge of traffic rules.

The Union Ministry of Road Transport and Highways has also fixed the syllabus for teaching. For Light Motor Vehicles, the duration of the course will range from a maximum of 4 weeks to 29 hours. Also, the syllabus of these driving centers will be divided into two parts written and practical.

People have to spend 221 hours in driving and learning on basic roads, rural roads, highways, city roads, reversing and parking, ups and downs etc. The written part will be of 8 hours of the entire syllabus. This will include the study of road etiquette, road bite prediction, traffic education, understanding the causes of accidents, first aid and driving fuel efficiency.
