New Delhi: This time BCCI has brought big news for the fans of Indian Premier League. Actually, after a long wait of four years, fans will get to see a similar event in the IPL. For this, the BCCI has issued a tender. All the preparations for the closing ceremony of this season have been completed and the BCCI has invited bids for the same.
According to the statement issued by the Board Secretary Jay Shah, applications can be submitted till April 25. The companies involved can inform BCCI by post. Apart from this, companies will also have to pay GST charge in addition to one lakh which will be non-refundable.
It is worth noting that before this there was an event in IPL in 2018. It was postponed in mourning of the attack in Pulwama in 2019. Then the knock of Corona stopped it completely. But now BCCI has made up its mind to do it brilliantly.
It is believed that the final match of the IPL season will be played at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad and the closing ceremony will take place there. However, BCCI has not shared any official information in this regard. This time also the opening ceremony did not take place. Now four years after the event, fans are sure to witness a colorful event.
