Veteran actor and screenwriter Shiv Kumar Subramaniam passed away last night. Today his last rites will be performed in Mumbai. Filmmaker Hansal Mehta has expressed grief over the death of Shiv Kumar Subramaniam by tweeting. Hansal Mehta tweeted and wrote, “With great sadness I want to inform you that one of the most revered and great souls to have lived in human form – our beloved Shiva Subramaniam has left us. He was incredibly talented, was loved and respected personally as well as professionally.
Along with this, he has also given information about the last rites of Shiv Kumar Subramaniam. Due to the death of Shivakumar, a wave of mourning has spread in the entertainment world. All his fans are paying tribute to him through social media.
Shiv Kumar Subramaniam started his career with Vidhu Vinod Chopra’s film Parinda. Shiv Kumar made his debut as an actor, assistant director and screenplay writer with this 1989 film. He received the Filmfare Best Screenplay Award for this film. Shiv Kumar Subrahmanyam had done brilliant performances as an actor in many movies like Two Status, Meenakshi Sundareswarar, Nail Polish, Hichki, Lakh Mein Ek, Rakshak, That Girl in Yellow Boots. .
Apart from this, Shivakumar also worked in the TV show ‘Mukti Bandhan’. Shiv Kumar also won the Filmfare Award for Best Story for the film ‘Hazaaron Khwaishe Aisi’ (2006). Apart from this, he was also given the Filmfare Award for Best Screenplay for ‘Parinda’.
Talking about Shivakumar’s personal life, two months ago, his son Jahan had died due to brain tumor, after which he was very broken. In such difficult times, his wife Divya took care of herself and became his support, but now Divya is completely broken due to the death of husband Shiv Kumar.
