Islamabad : Pakistan’s deposed Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif may return to Pakistan after Eid next month. This information was given by a senior leader of PML-N. There is a lot of political turmoil going on in Pakistan these days regarding Imran Khan. Meanwhile, Mian Javed Latif said that the issue of possible return of PML-N supremo and three-time prime minister Sharif is to be discussed with the parties involved in the alliance. Eid will be celebrated in the first week of May.

The government of former Prime Minister Imran Khan has registered several corruption cases against 72-year-old PML-N supremo Nawaz Sharif. Nawaz Sharif was sacked in July 2017 in the Panama Papers case. He went abroad for four weeks after the Lahore High Court allowed him to undergo treatment abroad. Sharif was also granted bail in the Al Azizia Mills corruption case. He was serving a seven-year sentence in the Kot Lakhpat jail in Lahore in this case. Talking about the political instability in the country, Latif said that the coalition government will not last more than six months and the only solution is to hold fresh elections.
