The political situation in Pakistan is continuously deteriorating. The election of the new Prime Minister is to be held in the neighboring country on Monday, but even before that, crowds of Imran’s supporters are seen on the streets. Lakhs of Imran’s supporters are protesting from Karachi to Lahore and are demanding that Imran Khan should be made PM again. In one such rally, slogans of ‘chokidar chor hai’ have been raised.

Actually, Sheikh Rashid of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) party was addressing a rally in Rawalpindi on Sunday. It had slogans like ‘chokidar chor hai’. It is being said that these slogans are being used against the army.

 

Let us tell you that Pakistan’s army and army chief General Bajwa is believed to be behind the removal of Imran from the PM’s chair. However, shortly after the speech, Sheikh Rashid appealed to the people not to raise such slogans, after which the people calmed down.

Millions of Imran’s supporters came on the road

There is a huge section of people in Pakistan who want to see Imran Khan as PM. Demonstrations of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) in support of Imran are currently being held in different cities of Pakistan. At present, opposition slogans are being raised in Islamabad, Karachi, Peshawar, Malakand, Multan, Khyber, Jhang and Quetta.

 

Imran also shared a video of supporters. In it he writes that this is a historical crowd, which is opposing the imported government led by ‘Badmash’.

The opposition in Pakistan had brought a no-confidence motion against Imran Khan. Which was rejected by the Deputy Speaker. After this the President dissolved the Parliament on the recommendation of Imran. The opposition went to the Supreme Court against the decision of the Deputy Speaker and the President. The Supreme Court overturned the Deputy Speaker’s decision. The Supreme Court ordered the speaker to vote on the no-confidence motion. Imran failed in the floor test, after which he resigned from the post of PM. Now a new government is to be formed in Pakistan.

Pakistan will get new Wazir-e-Azam today. The new Prime Minister will be elected to the National Assembly at around 2 pm. Shahbaz Sharif has filed his candidature from United Opposition as PML-N candidate while Shah Mehmood Qureshi has filed his candidature for Imran’s party PTI. Both the nominations have been approved. Meanwhile, there is news that former Prime Minister Imran Khan will also go to the National Assembly on Monday.
