Prayagraj, 07 April (H.S.). The Allahabad High Court has sought response from the Public Service Commission and the State Government on the petition against not considering the candidates who get more marks than the successful candidates in the case of Staff Nurse, Sister Recruitment Examination 2021 in the state hospitals of the state.

The court has not given interim relief at present and said that the result declared will depend on the decision of the petition. The petition will be heard on April 19. Justice Manju Rani Chauhan has given this order on the petition of Priti Patel and others. Advocates Rohit Dwivedi, SP Pandey, Ajay Tripathi and advocate BKS Raghuvanshi of the commission presented their side on the petition.

It may be noted that the result was declared on 3 October 21 and the answer key was uploaded on the website on 28 March 22. No objection sought. Some candidates were not included in the selection despite getting more marks than the given marks. Some have got more marks than selected, still not included in the selection. Experience qualifying marks not given. On what basis experience qualification is accepted or rejected. It has not been disclosed. The petitioner says that there are procedural lapses. Online application was given, in which there was a lack of procedural. The counsel for the commission sought 10 days’ time to respond.
