GHAZIABAD, 06 APRIL (H.C.). The havoc of the ghaziabad police continued on the miscreants. On Wednesday, the Vijay Nagar police arrested two miscreants who ran away after robbing the youth from Siddharth Vihar during an encounter. In the police firing, both the miscreants were shot in the legs. The ring looted from the youth, Rs 2000 in cash, two pistols and an Apache motorcycle have been recovered from the arrested miscreants.
Superintendent of Police, Nipun Aggarwal said that Bablu Tyagi, a resident of Rahul Vihar, informed the police that two miscreants who came on an Apache motorcycle near Santosh Medical College, opened fire and robbed them of a ring and Rs 2000 and fled. On information, the police became active and started conducting checking operations. Meanwhile, two youths were seen carrying an Apache motorcycle in Siddharth Vihar. When the police tried to stop both of them, the miscreants started firing on the police. The police also retaliated. In which two miscreants were shot by the police and both fell. Both were caught by the police. He says that both are vicious criminals.
