GORAKHPUR, 06 APRIL (H.C.). After the incident of attack on the security personnel of Gorakhnath temple, on Wednesday, top police officers visited and took stock of the security arrangements. These officers included ADG, DIG, SSP and SP City. It is believed that after receiving instructions from the Chief Minister and Gorakshpeethadhishwar Yogi Adityanath to increase the security of the temple, the police officers are in a rush and they are probably inspecting to prepare a blueprint for the security arrangements.

Additional Director General of Police Gorakhpur Zone Akhil Kumar, Deputy Inspector General of Police Gorakhpur Range J Ravindra Gaur and Senior Superintendent of Police Dr Vipin Tada took stock of the temple premises for hours on Wednesday. It is believed that the administrative and police officers have become active following the instructions from Chief Minister Adityanath to increase the security arrangements and are closely inspecting the temple premises before preparing a blueprint to strengthen the security.

The checkpost at the main gate of the Gorakhnath temple and the thorough investigation of every person coming to the checkpost inside the temple was also tested by the police high officials. During this, the high police officers also instructed their subordinates not to allow any person inside the temple premises without checking. During this, Superintendent of Police Temple Security Lal Bharat Pal, Superintendent of Police City Sonam Kumar, Circle Officer Temple Security Prashali Gangwar, Anjani Kumar Circle Officer LIU Rahul Pankaj etc. were present. Every person coming to the temple premises on Wednesday is being stopped at the main gate itself and they are being closely checked.
