Rally held for digital payment of house tax and water tax

Prayagraj, 09 July (HS). To promote the digital payment campaign, a rally was taken out by the Municipal Corporation administration from Chandrashekhar Azad Park Gate 1 to Patrika Chauraha, Civil Lines. In which an appeal was made to make the payment of Municipal Corporation's house tax and water tax through digital means.

It was told in the rally that the payment process is the latest, transparent and advanced system till date. In which a citizen can get information about the house tax of his building at his own level whenever he wants. Plastic elimination campaign was also included in the rally. The objective of which was to make the citizens aware about the destruction of banned plastic sheets, banned plastic, recycled plastic items within the limits of the Municipal Corporation and not to use them in view of environment and public health.

According to the Public Relations Officer, the rally was led by Chief Tax Assessment Officer PK Dwivedi. In which Zonal Officer Sanjay Mamagai, Executive Engineer Jalkal Shivam Mishra, Tax Superintendent Mrs. Monika and Jaya Singh along with Nodal Revenue Inspector Adi Shakti Mishra and Revenue Inspector Kamlesh Pandey, Harshvardhan, Rajesh Kumar, Surjeet Tiwari, employees of Jalkal Department, IEC team and other outsourced employees were present.
