Proposal to contest elections on three Lok Sabha seats in JDU state executive meeting

Ranchi, 16 February (HS). JDU State Executive meeting was held on Friday at the MLA Club located in the Old Assembly Complex. In the meeting, five agendas including the felicitation ceremony of JDU National President and Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar in Jharkhand, acceleration of membership campaign, Lok Sabha elections, party organization and assembly elections were discussed. Everyone passed the resolution unanimously.

The meeting was presided over by State President cum Rajya Sabha MP Khiru Mahato. State General Secretary Shravan Kumar conducted the operation. The state president said that the state unit of the party has brought the proposal to contest elections on three Lok Sabha seats under the NDA alliance in Jharkhand in the working committee meeting. He will soon inform the National President about this. This Lok Sabha seat will belong to Hazaribagh, Chatra and Dhanbad Lok Sabha. He talked about the formation of a core committee to speed up the organizational work. Also said that only the leaders who have 15 thousand members should claim the assembly ticket.

The meeting was attended by former MLA Kameshwar Das, JDU leader Bhagwan Singh, Sagar Kumar, Renu Gopinath, Sanjay Singh, Upendra Singh, Nirmal Singh, Beni Madhav Jha, Deep Narayan Singh, Anjali Singh, Pintu Singh, Akhilesh Rai, Lalchan Mahato, Ramakant Mandal, Baidyanath Paswan, Manoj Sinha, Jagdish Mahato, Kaushal Kumar, Dilip Mahato, Meena Murmu, Khasbu Kumari, Saryu Gop, Uday Singh, Ranjit Jaiswal, Maheshwar Chaudhary, Ramji Prasad and others addressed.
