Procession held in Simraha on the foundation day of Maa Siddhidatri Kali Temple

Araria, 23 November (HS). Devotees took out a grand procession on Saturday, on the foundation day of Shri Shri 108 Maa Siddhidatri Kali Temple located in Simraha Bazar of the district. Hundreds of religious lovers, social workers and devotees participated in the procession making this religious ritual successful. The devotees participating in the yatra were seen dancing and singing to the praises of Maa Kali. The entire atmosphere became devotional due to this religious event.

Santosh Gupta, a religious devotee involved in the procession, said that for years, the procession is taken out in a grand manner during the foundation day celebrations of Siddhidatri Maa Kali Temple. This year, the entire temple complex was decorated in a grand manner for the eighth Foundation Day program. Santosh Gupta, Navratan Gupta, Shankar Gupta, Basudev Gupta, ward member Akhilesh Kumar, Shankar Bhagat, Manoj alias Munna Gupta, Birendra Gupta, Dharmendra Gupta, Saurabh Gupta, Shiv Prasad Gupta, Chhotu Gupta, Ajay Gupta, Bholu Bhagat, participated in the procession. Bittu Bhagat, Golu Gupta, Vinay Gupta, Shivnath Gupta, Pratik Gupta, Ruchi Gupta, Renu Devi, Gunja Gupta, Geeta Devi, Sita Devi, Richa Bhagat, Pooja Bhagat and hundreds of devotees and religious devotees were present.
