They claim that the exam should be canceled and conducted again because the paper has been leaked. Prashant Kishor sat on a fast for five days at Gandhi Maidan in Patna in support of the students. In such a situation, early on Sunday morning the police suddenly reached the spot and picked up Prashant Kishore, popularly known as PK.
Earlier, Prashant Kishore had said that if you put me in jail, I will continue my fast there also. Later the court granted bail on a personal bond of Rs 25 thousand but Prashant Kishore was not ready to take the bail with the conditions. The court granted him bail on the condition of not committing any such mistake in future, but Prashant Kishore said that I was only protesting, if I agree to such a condition then I cannot protest. Finally, 15 hours after the arrest, the civil court granted bail without any conditions.
After coming out of jail on bail, PK held a press conference at Sheikhpura House in Patna, the court agreed to our point and granted unconditional bail. We will not back down at any cost, our movement will continue until we get justice. We are also considering other legal measures to cancel the exam.
