Pets Air Services: Now you can travel with your pets, know what are the rules?

Akasa Air Pets Service: If you are also fond of keeping pets, then there is very good news for you. Now you can also take Tommy, Sheru and Brownie with you on flights. Akasa Air has relaxed its rules a bit for this. Earlier in the flight, you could take only a pet weighing up to 7 kg with you in the cabin, which has now been increased to 10 kg. Let us know what you have to do to take your pet with you on the flight.

Akasa Air said passengers can travel with dogs and cats three months of age or older on the airline. You can keep these with you in the cabin or give them at the airport at the time of check-in. To prepare for this, passengers will have to book 48 hours before the flight.

Complete these tasks before travelling.

How to travel with pets?

Before traveling with your pet on Akasa Air, know that if you want to take them with you in the cabin, the maximum weight of the pet must be 10 kg. At the same time, it should be 32 kg to be taken for check-in at the airport and maximum 100 kg to be sent with the cargo terminal.
