Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) State President Mahendra Bhatri said that in the Kedarnath by-election, the people of Kedarghati are standing with the Matri Shakti candidate of BJP on the basic mantra of ‘Development is also heritage also’. State President Mahendra Bhatri said in a statement that he has appealed to the voters to participate as much as possible in the festival of democracy to be held tomorrow. He said that these elections are to speed up the development work happening in Baba’s land. These elections are to seal the policy of preserving heritage, tradition and culture and to foil the conspiracy of outside infiltrators and anarchist elements to change the demography.
