There is an atmosphere of terror due to shelling and firing between the two villages. On Thursday evening, people of Fatahpur Roshnai village of Rania vandalized shops with bombing and firing. People of the other side pelted stones on the people of Aryanagar-1 village. While making a video of the incident, the people of Aryanagar clashed with each other and pelted stones.
On this, the youth of the family fired two rounds from the licensed gun from the roof of the house in self-defense. Some people were brutally beaten and injured. CO Tanu Upadhyay arrived with the circle force and confiscated the gun and took out the women and children of the family safely. During this time, an attempt was made to stop a police vehicle. 13 people were injured in this incident, who were treated at the CHC.
Neelam's sons Arpit and Lucky of Fattehpur Roshnai village had gone to a Golgappa rally at Rajendra Square on Wednesday evening. There, Deepu, Sunil and others from Aryanagar-1 beat them up for drinking water. Neelam had lodged a case against eight people. In such a situation, on Thursday evening around six o'clock, people of Fattehpur Roshnai village reached Aryanagar Pratham in several vehicles. On this, the people of Aryanagar started a dispute and started vandalizing his grocery shop and tried to set it on fire. When he went inside with his family, they broke the door and started pelting stones. In defense, his son Ravikant Gupta climbed the roof and fired two rounds from his gun. Some got hit by bullets and people started running away. A stone fell on Ravi's head.
People tried to stop the police vehicle
On receiving information about the ruckus, CO Tanu Upadhyay reached with the police force of Akbarpur, Rania, Gajner police station. When people tried to stop the police vehicles, they were persuaded and removed. On the complaint of Aryanagar resident Ketan Singh, a case has been registered under serious sections against 10 named and unknown people. Six people from both the sides have been taken into custody and are being questioned.
