In his address, the Chief Minister described the relationship between BJP and Owaisi as “mutual benefit”:
Politics of Polarization: Reddy alleged that whenever BJP needs polarization of votes, Owaisi comes in handy. Owaisi’s statement benefits BJP and BJP’s reaction benefits Owaisi.
“The Only God of BJP”: The CM taunted and said, “If anyone is God for BJP, it is Asaduddin Owaisi.” He indicated that Owaisi’s presence helps BJP in preparing the electoral ground.
BRS also targeted: Revanth Reddy also slammed KCR’s party and Owaisi’s old relationship and described Congress as the only option for the state.
Why was there turmoil in Telangana politics?
This statement has come at a time when the political chessboard is being laid for the upcoming local body elections and future in Telangana. This attack by Revanth Reddy is a direct attempt to send a message to Muslim voters that Owaisi’s party is working as the ‘B-team’ of BJP.
