Lucknow, 21 May (Hindustan Reporter). LDA again stopped the construction work being done on 200 square meter land of Lalli Upadhyay in Humble Khand area of Gomti Nagar of the city. Still, when Lalli did not agree, the LDA team took orders from the prescribed court and sealed the ongoing illegal construction work. During this time the LDA team had to face opposition.
Vandana Pandey, officer of Enforcement Zone 1 in LDA, said that Lalli Upadhyay was continuously carrying out his illegal construction work. No effort was made by them to stop the illegal activity. When LDA tried to stop it, their people tried to put pressure on LDA employees and officers.
He said that sealing orders were passed from the prescribed court to stop illegal construction work on an area of two hundred square meters on plot number 2/22 in Humble Khand.
He said that on Tuesday, Assistant Engineer Udayveer Singh and Junior Engineer SK Dixit and the LDA team made their efforts for the sealing action. Once again pressure was put towards Lalli and an attempt was made to use indecency. Only then, with the cooperation of the authority police and the police force of the local police station, the sealing operation could be completed.
