If you are planning to buy a new smartphone and want to buy a OnePlus phone, then there is very important news for you. You have only a few days left to get your hands on a OnePlus smartphone. We are saying this because OnePlus smartphones will stop being sold in most cities of India from May 1. Therefore, if you want to buy a OnePlus smartphone, then go to the shop and buy it before May 1.
From May 1, 2024, OnePlus smartphones and other gadgets of the company will stop being available at most offline and retail stores in India. So, if you or someone you know wants a OnePlus device then you can go to the retail store and buy it before April 30, 2024.
For this reason the sale will be discontinued
Let us tell you that OnePlus is currently facing a big threat of stopping its sales in India. The reason behind stopping sales at offline stores in the country is the decision taken by the Retail Stores Association i.e. ORA. ORA has said that the promises made by the company to the association for sales in India have not been fulfilled, hence a decision has been taken to ban the sale of OnePlus smartphones and other devices.
AIMRA now endorsed
Let us tell you that ORA is South Indian Retailers Organization. It has decided to stop selling OnePlus smartphones at offline stores in South India from May 1. Now along with ORA, All India Mobile Retailers Association has also indicated to stop the sale of OnePlus smartphones on behalf of their retailers. A letter has also been written to the smartphone manufacturing company on behalf of All India Mobile Retailers Association in this regard.
These organizations represent approximately 2 lakh retailers
The letter written by All India Mobile Retailers Association (AIMRA) states that it supports the decision of ORA and if OnePlus does not take a major decision on this matter soon, it is possible that OnePlus Plus may be discontinued completely. Should be banned somehow. All over India. Smartphones should be stopped from being sold. Let us tell you that ORA represents approximately 4300 offline stores while AIMRA represents more than 1,50,000 retailers across India.
