Barabanki 27 August (H.S.). In line with the instructions of the Uttar Pradesh government and the District Magistrate, under the leadership of the Labor Department Barabanki, a joint team of Child Line and Samvad Samajik Sansthan NGO conducted an intensive campaign to eradicate child labor in the Deva Bazar and Fatehpur Bazar of the district.
In which, after raiding several establishments, a total of 08 child labourers were found working and a notice was issued as per rules under the Child Labour Act 1986 against the employers of the concerned establishments. Labour enforcement officers Mohan Lal Yadav and Yogesh Dixit were present in the campaign along with District Coordinator of Child Helpline Manoj Kumar and District Coordinator of Samvad Samajik Sansthan Vinod Kumar etc. The main objective of the said campaign is to free the district from child labour.
