NIA takes major action against Khasaltani supporter in London Indian High Commission violence case | News India

The NIA on Thursday filed a chargesheet against British citizen Inderpal Singh Gaba in connection with the vandalism at the Indian High Commission in London in March 2023. Gaba was arrested from the Attari border in Amritsar in December last year. He was coming from Pakistan to pay obeisance at the Golden Temple in Amritsar.

According to the information given by the NIA, Inderpreet Singh Gaba is a British citizen and lives in Hounslow. He is originally from Delhi. Inderpal Singh Gaba played an active role against India in the clash outside the Indian High Commission in London. This demonstration was done on 22 March 2023. Sharing the information, the NIA said that 'On April 25 this year, the NIA arrested him after extensive investigation.

Gaba was arrested from the Attari border in Amritsar in December last year. A lookout circular was issued against him. He came to Pakistan from London and entered the Indian border from the Attari border. He was detained by the Customs Department during document verification.

After this, an investigation was started against Indrapal and he was asked not to leave the country until the investigation continued.

Khalistani supporters had planned a protest and attack outside the Indian High Commission in London to avenge the action taken by Punjab Police against successor Punjab chief Amritpal Singh.
