News India Live, Digital Desk: National Testing Agency (NTA) has given another big relief to the candidates of Common University Entrance Test (CUET UG 2026). The ‘Subject Correction Window’ has been reopened for those students who had made any mistake in the selection of subjects during the application or now want to make changes in them. Students can now improve their chosen subjects by visiting the official website cuet.nta.nic.in. This is the last chance for thousands of students who were troubled due to technical glitches.
Opportunity for improvement till 19th April, after this the portal will be closed
According to the latest notification issued by NTA, registered candidates can change their subjects or add new subjects between April 17 to April 19, 2026 (till 11:50 pm). Keep in mind that this facility is only for those students who have already completed their registration. No second chance for correction will be given under any circumstances after April 19, hence candidates are advised to update their profiles in time.
When will the exam city slip and admit card come?
Now the curiosity about the exam city slip and admit card has increased among the students preparing for the CUET UG 2026 exam. According to the latest reports, NTA may release ‘Advanced Exam City Intimation Slip’ in the last week of April. Through this, students will know in which city their examination is to be held. Whereas, the official admit card is expected to be released in the second week of May. Students will be able to download it through their application number and password.
Mahakumbh of examinations will start from May 11
As per the schedule, CUET UG 2026 examinations will be conducted between May 11 to May 31, 2026. This examination will be held in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode at various centers in the country and abroad. NTA is conducting the exam for more than 37 subjects this time. The exam datesheet will also be made available on the website in PDF format soon. Students are advised to avoid any fake news and trust the official website only.
