On Tuesday evening, a case of raping a deaf and mute minor found in an injured condition on Tijara gate culvert in Alwar came. At that time a lot of blood was bleeding from his private part. Considering it prima facie as a rape, registering a case under various sections including the POCSO Act, started the investigation and due to the serious condition of the girl, she was referred to Jaipur. For four days, this issue remained in the headlines all over the country.
The police could not arrest any of the accused in four days, due to which the outrage grew. BJP, Vidyarthi Parishad and many social organizations demonstrated demanding the arrest of the accused. In this case, Rajya Sabha MP Dr. Kirori Lal Meena also reached Alwar and sat on a dharna outside the Zilla Parishad office. Along with Meena, a large number of female male BJP workers, including Alwar city MLA Sanjay Sharma, demonstrated with slogans. During this, the women went inside and submitted a memorandum to the District Collector and demanded the immediate arrest of the accused. During this, Meena said that the government wants to suppress this matter, so this matter should be investigated by the CBI.
Today a new twist has come in this whole matter. In the press conference, SP Tejashwi Gautam, Jaipur JK Lone’s Expert Panel of Doctors, who have performed the surgery on the girl, includes Paediatricians, Medical Jurists, Forensic Experts and Gynecologists. He has given his opinion that the girl has not been raped. Her Vagina and Hymena Intact also Pinal Intact have been found, so rape has not been confirmed.
Now the police will continue its investigation from all other angles, because the last footage in the CCTV footage which is at 7.31 am in which the girl is seen walking, is 300 meters before the incident site. Now the police are focusing on the interval of ten to fifteen minutes during which this incident happened.
