A girl from Nepal has gone missing in Goa. This girl is none other than Aarti Hamal, daughter of Gopal Hamal, Mayor of Dhangadhi Sub-Metropolitan City of Nepal. Aarti was in Goa for the last few months and was working at Osho Meditation Centre. Aarti was last seen near Ashwem Bridge at 9.30 pm on Monday night. However, Goa Police has found him. Aarti Hamal, who had gone to join Osho's meditation center, could not be contacted. The father has contacted Goa Police through the Indian Embassy in Kathmandu. Dhangadhi Mayor Gopal Hamal appealed for help in finding his daughter on social media platform Facebook. He has appealed to the Goa Government and Goa Police to find his daughter.
Mayor contacted Goa Police
Mayor Hamal told that his younger daughter and son-in-law have reached Goa to search for him. Goa Police has also been contacted to trace the daughter who has been missing for two days. He told that the last location of Aarti was near Zorba Ashvem Bridge in Goa. Following the embassy's initiative, Goa Police registered a missing complaint and started a search. After this the police found his daughter Aarti Hamal.
Mayor asked for help through social media
Expressing gratitude for the support received so far, Mayor Hamal appealed to the Goa community and requested to find his daughter. He stressed the importance of unity and cooperation in this search operation. Aarti's friends in Goa have expressed concern over her disappearance.
