Ajit Chauhan (35) of Mainaputthi village was committing this shameful act for a long time. He used to lure children inside the house on the pretext of playing games on mobile. He had made a private room in his house. Only Ajit's old mother and wife live in the house. His wife is said to be mentally challenged. Taking advantage of this, Ajit had been playing disgusting games with children for a long time. He used to rape children in his private room and the entire pornographic film was made in the hidden camera installed there. After this, he used to show the video to minors and ask for money. By blackmailing children by showing pornographic videos, he has collected lakhs of rupees from them within a year. If he did not get the money, he used to broadcast their video on the internet.
When the minors stopped giving him money, the accused made the obscene videos viral. When the villagers also saw the videos, the entire matter was revealed. So far only the parents of six victim minors from the village have come forward and complained to the police station. The police registered a case on August 19, but kept the entire matter under wraps and even the higher officials were not informed about the matter. Somehow after the matter was exposed in the media, the police swung into action and the accused was arrested. The villagers say that around 20 minors have complained about Ajit's actions. The victim families have also accused the village head of suppressing the matter.
According to SP Rural Dr. Rakesh Mishra, the accused has been arrested. He is being questioned. His mobile has been recovered. Cyber cell is trying to recover the videos deleted by him. The accused has been questioned. Apart from the six victims, the cases of rape committed by the accused with others are also being investigated. According to SSP Dr. Vipin Tada, the accused has been sent to jail. His bank account is also being investigated. He has appealed to other people to also file a complaint in this matter.
