At the same time, the monsoon trough at sea level is now passing through the center of the low pressure area formed over Ganganagar, Devmali, Kanpur, Patna, northern parts of West Bengal and then moving towards the north-east of the Bay of Bengal in the east south-east direction. Due to this, rain activities are likely to continue in Uttar Pradesh. Light rain is expected in many districts including Gorakhpur, Ballia, Deoria, Ghazipur, while heavy rain is also expected in Moradabad, Rampur, Bareilly, Pilibhit, Mahoba, Jhansi, Lalitpur and surrounding areas. Due to this, the temperature is expected to remain normal and there will also be relief from the humid heat, although today the temperature was two degrees Celsius higher than normal, but the humidity was reduced due to the rain.
He said that the maximum temperature in Kanpur was recorded at 35.2 and the minimum temperature at 26.6 degrees Celsius. The relative humidity in the morning was 88 and the relative humidity in the afternoon was 62 percent. The wind direction was south-east with an average speed of 2.3 km per hour. According to the weather forecast, there will be light clouds in the next five days. During this time, there is a possibility of light to moderate rainfall locally along with strong winds and thunderstorms.
