Prime Minister Modi on Monday evening virtually flagged off the Navi Vande Bharat train from Agra to Varanasi from Gujarat. From here, even before the train reached Etawah, a large number of public representatives and leaders associated with BJP reached the station to welcome it. The train was welcomed with loud cheers. After stopping for a few minutes, the train was about to leave for Kanpur. In such a situation, public representatives and officials were called from there also to flag off the train.
When the time came for the train to depart, many people including MLA Sarita Bhadoria were standing in front of the train with green flags. Then before the train started, MLA Sarita Bhadoria suddenly fell on the track in front of the train due to a push from behind. As soon as he fell, the train blew the horn and signaled to move forward. However, fortunately a large number of BJP leaders and officials were standing there and they signaled not to drive by clapping on the engine glass. After which some people jumped on the railway track and caught the MLA and brought him back to the platform, after which the train left.
