Star footballer Kylian Mbappe's transfer is almost certain and he confirmed his transfer to Paris Saint-Germain last month. Top teams around the world were keen to sign Mbappe but he has signed with Real Madrid. The 25-year-old footballer is leaving Paris Saint-Germain and has signed a contract with Real Madrid worth around Rs 1,000 crore for the next five years i.e. till 2029. Rumors have also gained momentum that Real Madrid president Florentino Perez has reportedly informed his players that Mbappé will be joining the club from the 2025 season. Mbappe is likely to be given the number 10 jersey.
The transfer window in football has not yet opened and player transactions could begin in the next two weeks. Mbappe is set to join the La Liga leaders in 2025 and has signed a five-year deal with the club. Real Madrid management director Jose Angel Sanchez and Mapape's mother and agent Faiza Lamari have begun talks over terms. Real Madrid has also proposed to pay a separate amount of several crores of rupees for the image rights. Although this payment will be less than what PSG paid in the last two years, there is no doubt that Mbappe will become Real Madrid's most expensive player. He will get a club bonus potentially worth more than Rs 200 crore per year. Real Madrid can present Mbappe to its supporters in July.
