Ingredients to make Thecha Paneer Tikka:
- 250 grams cheese
- 2 teaspoons peanuts
- 8-10 garlic cloves
- 50 grams fresh coriander leaves
- 4-5 green chillies
- salt as per taste
- 2 teaspoon oil
Method to make Thecha Paneer Tikka:
- First of all, wash the paneer thoroughly and cut it into square pieces.
- Dry roast the peanuts on a tawa or pan and then take them out.
- Now add one spoon of oil and add peeled garlic cloves and green chillies cut into two parts.
- Fry both these things on low flame. When the garlic and chillies start turning golden, add the peanuts.
- Then add washed fresh coriander leaves and stalks and fry. Switch off the gas flame.
- Now put all these things in the Imamdasta. If there is no Imamdasta, then add salt in a mixer jar and grind it dry. Take care not to apply water or oil.
- Apply the prepared thecha over the paneer and leave to marinate for half an hour.
- Pour one spoon oil on a pan and cook the paneer on low flame till it turns golden.
