Dates (seedless) – 1 cup

Raisins – 3-4 tbsp

Cashews – 1/2 cup

Almonds – 1/2 cup

Pistachios – 1/2 cup

Cardamom – 1/2 tsp

Desi Ghee – 1 tablespoon

-Start by selecting high-quality dates, remove the seeds, and separate them from the outer skin.

-Put the dates in a blender and blend well until you get a smooth paste.

-Take out the date powder in a bowl and keep it aside.

– Now take cashews, pistachios and almonds and cut them into small pieces. Be careful not to create a powder; You just have to chop them finely.

– Heat desi ghee in a pan on medium flame. When ghee melts, add all the dry fruits (cashew nuts, pistachios, almonds, raisins) and fry for a few minutes.

-After frying for 3-4 minutes, when the color of the dry fruits starts changing, add prepared dates powder to it and mix well with the help of a spatula.

– Keep cooking the mixture on medium flame while stirring continuously.

-When the mixture becomes thick, add cardamom powder to it and mix well. Keep cooking until the dates leave ghee.

– Turn off the flame and let the mixture cool down.

-When the mixture becomes a little hot, take some portions of it in your hands and shape them into laddus. Keep them in a plate.

– After some time, when the laddus are set, serve them.
