On the day of Ganesh Chaturthi, people worship Bappa in their homes. This time Ganpati festival is starting from 19th September. Maximum enthusiasm for this festival is seen in Maharashtra. People serve Baba in their own way and do not want to leave any stone unturned. For this, many types of dishes are served from Modak to Moti Chur Laddu. You too can make Bappa happy by making this special thali.
This satvik thali of Naivedya is prepared in a very special but simple way for Ganpatiji. First of all, Bhog is offered to Bappa and then this food is served to everyone as Prasad. So how can you also make this special Naivedya Thali?
aloo bhaji
To make Aloo Bhaji, add ginger, green chillies, green coriander and a little salt and grind it coarsely. – Now heat a pan on gas and fry cumin and mustard seeds and then add curry leaves. After this add green chilli and coriander paste into it. – Put it in the pan and add a little turmeric powder and fry. – Now add boiled potatoes and salt. – Mix it well and stir several times, add green coriander and a few drops of lemon juice. Aloo bhaji is ready for enjoyment.
Baran Dal
Put the soaked toor dal in the cooker and add water, now add half teaspoon turmeric, salt as per taste and asafoetida and cover the lid, the dal will be cooked in three to four whistles. After this mash the beans. This dal is served with rice and desi ghee.
delicious cucumber
For this, first of all peel the cucumber, cut it into small pieces and add a little salt to it and leave it for five minutes and then squeeze out the water and now add half a lemon in it. Add one spoon sugar and mix. – Now add one spoon ghee for frying in a pan. Add cumin, curry leaves and green chillies. Before serving, add roasted peanuts and green coriander.
Shikaran Recipe
To make shikaran, take two ripe bananas, cut them into pieces, take them out in a bowl and mash them gently with a spoon. – Now add cardamom, sugar and milk, mix and let it cool.
tomato essence
– Keep the water to heat – Now make four cuts on the tomato and put it in water for some time. When the peel of tomato starts separating, take it out of water, separate the peel and make its puree. – Add water in the mixer, filter it and turn it into a vessel. Now take a small piece of ginger, green chilli, fresh coconut and two to two and a half cups of water and grind it in a mixer grinder and filter it with a cloth. – Now mix the prepared coconut milk in tomato juice and add sugar to it and let it cook. Mix some water in one spoon of rice flour and mix it with tomato essence. Cook well for six to seven minutes. – Now add urad dal, cumin and curry leaves to desi ghee and add green coriander. Tomato essence is ready.
Make modak like this
– First of all, heat ghee for modak and add roasted poppy seeds and fresh grated coconut along with jaggery in it. – Now prepare the stuffing by stirring till the jaggery melts. – After this, pour water in the pan, add desi ghee and also add some salt. – After boiling water, add rice flour to it and prepare it. Knead it and make a fine mixture like roti dough. Fill it with stuffing and shape it into a modak. – Now boil all the modaks. Garnish with saffron. Puran Poli can also be added to this thali along with Modak. In this way your Naivedya thali will be ready to offer to Ganpati Bappa.
