Nylon Khaman Dhokla Recipe: Nylon Khaman Dhokla is everyone's favorite today. When a guest comes, most of the houses bring nylon clothes from the market. Today I will tell you the recipe to make market-like Nylon Khaman Dhokla at home.
- Ingredients for making Nylon Khaman Dhokla
- Bengal gram lentil,
- Ginger,
- Green chilly,
- turmeric powder,
- Curd,
- Oil,
- According to the sweet taste,
- Soda,
- Lemon juice,
- Rye,
- Asafoetida,
- Sugar,
- sweet neem leaves,
- Water,
- Coriander.
Method of making Nylon Khaman Dhokla
Phase 1
Wash the Bengal gram and sieve it well. – Add 3 cups of water and soak it for 3-4 hours.
Step-2
Now put the gram lentils in the grinder and grind it like a smooth solution in a large mixing bowl and keep it aside for the yeast to rise overnight.
Step-3
Now add grated ginger, green chili paste, curd, oil, turmeric powder and salt to the batter and mix well.
Step-4 –
Now add baking soda and lemon juice and mix it. Apply some oil on a steaming tray and pour the batter in the tray.
Step-5
Now, after steaming the batter for 15 minutes, take out the dough from the steamer and cut it into small square pieces.
Step-6
Heat oil in Vaghariya and prepare Vaghariya by adding mustard seeds, green chili pieces, asafoetida, sugar and sweet neem and pour the tempering on the pieces of Khaman. – Now garnish it with chopped fresh coriander and serve.
