Material:

  • Fresh green chillies
  • Mustard
  • Turmeric
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Fenugreek seeds
  • Cumin
  • Dill
  • red chilli
  • Lemon juice

Action:

  • To make green chili pickle, first wash the green chillies. Then remove their trunk.
  • Dry the washed chilies under the fan so that there is no water in the chillies.
  • When the chili dries, cut them into your desired shape.
  • Heat a pan and fry mustard seeds in it. Then fry fenugreek seeds, cumin and dill seeds separately.
  • After roasting the spices, keep them in a plate to cool down.
  • Take finely chopped chili in a large bowl, add turmeric powder and salt as per taste and mix. Then add red chili powder to it.
  • After cooling the roasted spices, put them in a mixer jar and grind them finely and make powder.
  • Add the prepared powder to the chili, mix and add lemon juice as per taste.
  • Then add hot and cooled oil to it and leave it overnight. A simple chili pickle is ready.
