Required Ingredients: Five cups chopped fenugreek, two cups Gathia, four spoons oil, two spoons cumin, four finely chopped green chillies, five finely chopped garlic, a pinch of asafoetida, two spoons turmeric powder, three spoons red chilli powder, four spoons cumin. Powder, tomatoes cut into six small pieces, salt as per taste, one spoon garam masala and sugar as desired.

You can prepare it like this:

First of all, heat oil in a pan and add cumin, green chilli, garlic and asafoetida.

Now add turmeric, red chilli powder, cumin powder and cook and add tomatoes and salt.

After this, add garam masala in the pan and cook.

After this add fenugreek leaves and all the other things in it.

Add some water into it.

When fenugreek is cooked, add gathiya to it.
