Mahoba, 07 August (HS). Deputy Inspector General of Police (DIG) of Chitrakoot Dham Mandal Ajay Kumar Singh held a crime meeting in the police line on Wednesday. Before this, he inspected the departmental desks.
The DIG instructed the officers to take strict action against those involved in illegal business and work under the policy of zero tolerance against criminals. The DIG inspected the transport branch, cyber police station, IGRS branch, LIU branch, correspondence branch and other branches located in the police line.
The DIG told the journalists that he has come here on a two-day visit. After the inspection, a meeting was held with the police personnel in the police line. Instructions have been given to maintain law and order in the district and to prevent criminal incidents. He has been asked to conduct the historic Kajli fair of the district in a better and safe manner. If needed, the help of police force of other districts will also be taken.
