Lakhpati Didi Scheme
Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched this scheme on 15 August 2023. The objective of this scheme was to promote women empowerment. Only women get the benefit of this scheme. Under the scheme, women are given training first. And after that they are given financial assistance ranging from Rs 1 lakh to Rs 5 lakh to start the business. That is, such a loan is given which is without interest.
Pradhan Mantri Mudra Yojana
Under this scheme run by the Central Government, entrepreneurs are given loans to do business. However, this loan is not interest free. But the interest charged on this is very less. So if someone wants to take NFS loan for business. So it can also be taken under Pradhan Mantri Mudra Yojana. There are three categories for this loan which are Shishu, Kishor and Tarun. Shishu loan is up to Rs 50,000. Kishore loans range from Rs 50,000 to Rs 5 lakh. So Tarun loan can be given from Rs 5 lakh to Rs 10 lakh.
UP government will give interest free loan
Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has announced to provide interest-free loans to motivate the youth for startups. Uttar Pradesh government will provide interest free loan of up to ₹500000 to one lakh youth every year for startups. Uttar Pradesh government is soon going to implement this scheme named Mukhyamantri Yuva Udyami Vikas Abhiyan.
