Light clouds covered Varanasi, voters said it is the result of penance

Varanasi, 01 June (HS). On the day of voting in Varanasi Lok Sabha constituency, when light clouds covered the sky, the voters said that this is the result of the penance of an ascetic. God is also taking care of the convenience of the voters to vote for that ascetic.

Ajay Mishra, a resident of Lanka area, said that in the past four days, the sun was scorching from 8 am onwards, but on the day when voting is taking place in Varanasi, light clouds have covered the sky since morning. The movement of clouds has given a lot of relief to the voters from the scorching sun.

He said that looking at the clouds that have suddenly covered the sky, it can only be said that this is the effect of someone's penance. The lowest voting percentage is being reported in Varanasi till 11 am but by evening this percentage will increase to a higher percentage.

Santosh, who came out to cast his vote in Nati Imli area, said that with the change in weather, the mood of voters has also changed. The scorching heat has changed due to light clouds and wind, and people are voting in large numbers to make the Bharatiya Janata Party candidate Narendra Modi victorious. After the appeal of Prime Minister Modi, women are also coming out of their homes in large numbers to vote.

Advocate Ashok, who is responsible for taking voters out of their homes and taking them to the polling booth, said that yesterday at 12 noon, the heat was scorching and the roads were empty. Till yesterday, people were thinking about how voters would be taken out in this scorching heat, but the sudden change in weather has made the whole task easy. A large number of voters have come out on their own and reached the polling booths, which is nothing short of a miracle. The voting percentage till 1 pm shows that the lotus is going to bloom once again. The opposition's claims of victory are all hollow.

– Arrangement of Hajmola, cold water, juice

Taking care of the health of voters outside polling booths, various drinks and food items like glucose mix juice, mango panna, cold water, hajmola etc. were also distributed. District election teams have made all arrangements to increase the voting percentage.
